Now you can if you sign-up for the Hubby For Hire Annual Maintenance Program.

This program covers everything from small nuisance items to larger repairs. It's perfect for everyone from the busy professional to retiree. The program incorporates seasonal chores and common home repairs and also allows you the flexibility to have other specific and non-common repairs and maintenance of your choice taken care of. In addition to guaranteed service within 24 hours for covered maintenance program items, plan members receive priority scheduling for all other home improvement projects and services!! The Hubby Maintenance Program™ includes the following:

Fall Close-Up *
Work	Frequency/Limits per contract period
Stow all outside furniture, grills and yard ornaments	-----
Adjust/Install storm windows	Includes 10 windows--$15.00 each additional window
Remove storm door screens, install glass and adjust closers	Includes 3 doors-$10.00 each additional door
Drain and store all outside hoses	-----
Check all weather stripping around doors and adjust sweeps	-----
Remove window A/C units	Includes 2 units-$25.00 each addtional unit
Cover all exterior Central A/C units	-----
Clean Gutters	Includes average one and two story homes. All others priced accordingly
Take care of any other non–covered minor "Honey-Do” repair items***	Up to 1 hour

Dump Runs	1 per year and including half a ton (1000 lbs) of junk. Any amount over half a ton will be charged at $125/ton or portion thereof
Hang Pictures and decorative shelving	Unlimited per contract period
Install new, repair or replace towel bars and toilet paper holders	Unlimited per contract period
Install new, repair or replace curtain rods	Unlimited per contract period
Install new, repair or replace window shades and mini blinds	Unlimited per contract period
Change household water filters	Up to 2 times per contract period
Change furnace air filters	Up to 2 times per contract period
Move furniture within house	Once per contract period
Replace batteries in smoke detectors	2 times per contract period
